FLYing

Long time no write, but I am not going to beat myself up over it. My house is still FLYing but yesterday was a major time waster. I should pay attention and start some routines - even if it is only one routine. And use the timer. I will do that today.
Also, I have tried to just admit I'm a smoker and get on with life. But I can't . I really want to quit. Eddie asked [his cousins] if they wanted a cigarette - he was "smoking." I hate that.
