Spoil Sport

Today I have to buy Marc's school supplies and figure out a grocery list. I'm here at the stores, but before I go in, I wanted to pray for guidance so that I don't overspend the little money I have this week. Too bad God doesn't own a shopping service!

Yesterday I had an idea - that shopping service. What if I volunteered to shop (grocery) for people who couldn't get out of their house? Free service, donations accepted. It is worth pondering.

Scratch that. Will doesn't want me donating my time away from home. He's such a spoil sport! Grrr!

As a note, abuser's do not encourage their victims to spend time outside of the home unless they see a direct benefit to it. This is typical isolation, but I didn't see it as such at the time. It would have been a lovely service for the small town we lived in at this time!
