Pass Temptations

Things to do. It always seems like there is such a demand. I feel like I'm always behind or forgetting to do something important. [here and angel breaks in]
"Missions of hope and faith circumspect the globe. You are a point of light on that puzzle, never knowing how you affect those who love you, but keep learning, keep loving.
"God guides your way. His footsteps echo in your ears. Take heed of the Word. Light will encompass you.
"See me but not enter. Enter fully and you will become like Heaven's helpers but Earth bound.
"Enter through my death and you will find your life to be everlasting and complete. It is spoken. God's love conquers all.
"Enter Heaven, remain on Earth. Lord is coming. Rejoice, young soul, Rejoice. You have found Him now."
Peace, wonder and sweet promise. Guide me oh Lord; guide my path and help me to follow yours. Fortify my spirit with yours so my actions and words reflect your own. Help me pass temptations without looking twice - pull my spirit toward Heaven although I remain on earth. Amen.

I have noticed that effective worship requires more than repetition of a prayer. Heart must be in the prayer. Is it because the Spirit knows what we need and when we listen to our hearts the Spirit helps us ask for what we need - not what we think is good for us?
All I know is prayer should not be automatic as far as being done at a certain time in a certain way. Let the Spirit flow through you and prayers will come to mind all day. Go ahead and worship all day - God will only become stronger in you.
